AI Integration Overview

## Purpose
This document defines how AI features are integrated into the Surface project.

## Current Usage
- AI prompt storage in `/ai/prompts/`
- AI output artifacts in `/ai/output/`
- No runtime AI execution inside the PHP application yet
- AI used for documentation, scaffolding, and code generation

## Future Plans
- Add AI‑assisted admin tools
- Add automated audit log summarization
- Add AI‑driven data insights dashboard

## Guidelines
- No API keys stored in repo
- All AI‑generated code must be reviewed manually
