Still trying to get info from weather services
we are not on same page; test1 stations; test2 to get current data from MYSQL,;
test3: get raw data from data source 4: not sure what old test 3 would do
different from test2 in this list except raw data from mysql?; let's agree on
this before moving on - I want to see the raw data returned for a location; then
we can see what time is returned utc or current time
